WHY WE EXIST

The things we discard
can help build the world
we want to leave behind.

GroundLoop brings together business leadership, practical growing knowledge and a shared belief: food waste deserves a better destination.

We collect and compost food waste and other suitable organics from businesses, institutions, landscapes and manufacturing at our own Brevard County facility, returning their value to Florida’s farms, gardens and landscapes.

Rooted in Brevard County and serving all of Florida, our work is grounded in a simple idea. Better soil and better systems begin with the choices we make today.

OUR COMPOSTING FACILITY

Designed around
the whole loop.

Our Brevard County facility brings every stage of composting together—from receiving and material preparation to aeration, curing, screening and loading. It is where Florida’s organic resources begin their next life as compost.
